In this new year, we have resolved to lose weight or depends it’s to save more money or maybe we want getting better job.
A study at the (US) University of Scranton have found that approximately half of us who have resolutions are still on the same conditions six months later.
There's no one who has the absolute answers as to what separates the resolution keepers from the resolution scofflaws, but checking our motivation can go a long way in helping you achieve our goals.
To start the resolution, let's review our resolutions list. Then ask ourself, “What's my motivation?”
It's not easy to lose weight if it’s simply because our husband is telling you that yes, our butt seems big in our pants.
It’s not going to be a slam dunk to save more money because our mother keeps telling you you’ll turn into a street person if you don’t deposit our paycheck in the bank rather than at the nearby mall.
It’s going to be a struggle to get a better job just so you can keep up with our college rival who has a corner office.
In 2009 Turbo charge our resolutions by resolving to shine. Resolve to make changes because you want to set goals to lead you to becoming the best person you can be.
our resolutions must simply be a part of the general goals you have for our life. You know how nutrition experts say that you should not doing a diet programs. Healthy eating should simply be a part of our life. Think of our resolutions the same way. They are simply a part of our path to shining.
Shine as you become more healthy, as you prepare for a glorious future, because you have found a career that you like to and takes full advantage of our personality and skills.

Cash or Credit?
No, using a credit card is right!
even it could be best decision in some conditions, but it also cause plenty of pain later on if you don’t have the funds available to pay off the card later on. Consider leaving the emotional side of the holidays out of it and stick to a plan where come January you have no bills to pay off or enough money on hand to pay them off when they arrive.
Shop the Sales.
Even months before the holiday season starts, great sales to get you in the spending mood are held by retailers everywhere. Many merchants no longer rely on the last five to six weeks of the year for their profits. Consumers spend all through the year therefore September and October are important months where big sales are often held.
